• Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit. Be aware that VRBO applies a booking fee that is outside of our control. If cancellations occur between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will receive 50% back; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
• We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance for added peace of mind. This responsibility lies with the guest.
